NEDATS has awarded four scholarships in the amount of $2500 each. NEDATS has established a scholarship program to assist NEDians and their children on taking financial challenges and in turn help achieve their goals.
NEDATS hosted their Annual Dinner program on January 15, 2012. In the program, renowned speaker Brother Faraz Khan was invited as a guest speaker. The program was organized in Hilton Hotel, Edison and the event was attended by more than 100 alumni of NED University living in the Tristate area.
NEDATS is the proud organizer of 7th NED International Alumni Convention in October 2011. NED Alumni from United States, Canada and Pakistan attended the event.
NEDATS hosted Vice Chancellor of NED University on the evening of June 10, 2011 at Shezan Restaurant in Edison, NJ. The event was attended by more than 100 alumni of NED University living in Tristate Area.

The purpose of NEDATS is to serve as a forum to facilitate and enable the best interests and traditions of NED University and its alumni in the Tristate Area, which comprises of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut States, and collaborate with other NED Alumni Chapters to connect NED Alumni in a lifelong support of NED University and each other.
NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi, Pakistan is a premier Engineering institution. It was established in 1922 as an Engineering College and was chartered as a University in 1977. Over the years, its graduates have excelled in many disciplines at home and abroad.

The basic objective of NEDATS shall be to promote interaction and closer contact among its members to achieve collective benefits for the NEDIANS and their Alma Mater. This noble cause shall be achieved by such means as holding technical and social meetings, lectures, seminars, training courses and other activities as deemed necessary
NEDATS Scholarship Program 2011
NEDATS has established a scholarship program to assist NEDians and their children on taking financial challenges and in turn help achieve their goals. The amount of each scholarship is $2,500 and is given to four students this year. NEDATS has given $1,000 to one studend as well.
